Price reduced from £1750.00 to £1500.00 (SOLD) Description: This delightful mini-cruiser designed and built originally in plywood in 1960 by Stanley Smith of the Isle of Wight and they were known as West Wight Potter sailboats. The original West Wight Potters were 14 feet in length overall, had a beam of five feet-three inches and weighed 540 lbs. This delightful example is the later GRP design trailer-able sailboat and is circa 1965/1980. It is at home inland and of shore. It was originally designed to cross the Atlantic It is very well presented and we understand it is ready to sail. Affectingly known as “Potter Yachters” these sailboats are easy to rig and launch, and can be parked and stored in a typical garage.
